We operate in an advanced manufacturing facility spanning over 25,000 square meters. With nearly 20 years of experience in producing tire repair strings, we have developed a fully automated production line. This advanced system has led to significant improvements in production output, adhesion strength, and vulcanization quality. Our facility is capable of producing tire repair strings for 180,000 vehicles daily, with products exported to over 25 countries. We also offer fully customized solutions, adjusting product size, hardness, viscosity, color, and packaging to meet the specific needs of over 220 brands worldwide.
Our facility is equipped with 20 impregnation machines and 15 vacuum mixing tanks, each capable of processing eight groups of tire repair strings simultaneously. By employing vacuum-sealed technology, we ensure that the butyl rubber mixture does not react with air during the mixing process, which improves both the sealing quality of the adhesive and the overall product quality.
The butyl rubber is kneaded slowly and thoroughly, divided into block shapes for easy incorporation of other compounds, which enhances the performance and characteristics of the tire repair strings.
Once the impregnation process is complete, the products move to our vulcanizing workshop, where the rubber is bonded to the polyester fibers. With 20 high-capacity automatic vulcanizing machines, each 25 meters long, we maintain precise temperature control, ensuring consistent vulcanization and uniform product quality. This automated system significantly outperforms traditional manual methods, providing greater stability and eliminating issues related to timing or temperature inconsistency.
Our slitting workshop features a kraft paper slitting machine and 9 CNC cutting machines, capable of handling high-tensile long fiber kraft paper with a thickness of 70-80 grams. The workshop produces up to 720,000 tire repair strings daily, and we can custom cut lengths beyond the standard 100mm and 200mm options.
We offer custom logo printing on kraft paper using our logo printing machines. This allows us to tailor the packaging according to customer specifications, including personalized branding and design options.
